The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the kitchen area, as well as specific tasks supporting the Food Services Management. This role also assists in ensuring compliance with CACFP program standards and the Minneapolis Health Department guidelines. This position supports children’s growth and development by providing nutritious, culturally relevant meals and contributing to a positive and consistent mealtime experience aligned with Montessori principles.
