About The Position

WSFSSH's Multi Site Support (MSS) program provides flexible, on-demand staffing coverage across its 30+ residential and program sites, which all require 24/7 support. Team members fill scheduling gaps and ensure consistent, high-quality service for the individuals and communities served, often across multiple roles including Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Porters, Kitchen Aides, and Program Aides. This pool is a great fit for candidates who want flexible scheduling, exposure to different sites and teams, and the opportunity to build experience across WSFSSH's supportive housing programs.
