About The Position

This is a part-time position where the individual will work independently and as part of a crew for Hormel Foods functions. Responsibilities include buffet-style service, setup, cleanup/dishwashing, some advanced home-style food preparation, serving, grocery shopping, and interacting with internal and external customers. The role also involves expediting meals independently in the absence of the corporate chef.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A pattern of initiative
• Passion for food
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa

Responsibilities

• Works on a part time basis, independently and as part of a crew, for buffet-style service for Hormel Foods functions including setup and clean up/dishwashing
• Some advanced home style food preparation, serving, grocery shopping and interacting with internal and external customers
• Expedites meals independently in the absence of the corporate chef

Benefits

• Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
• The base hiring pay range for this role is between $12.00-$16.75 per hour
