About The Position

Robertson Heating Supply is a family-owned HVAC & Plumbing Distributor with 92 years of experience and 41 locations across multiple states. Specializing in Kitchen and Bath products, they operate 7 showrooms and are seeking an ambitious, career-oriented Showroom Sales Person for their Alliance, Ohio location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and sales skills, with the potential to manage profit and loss responsibilities. While previous bath and kitchen sales experience is a plus, training is available for the right candidate with similar experience. The role requires a sales-driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service, multitask effectively, and enjoys assisting customers in designing their dream kitchens and bathrooms in a fast-paced environment. An aptitude for design is essential.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in the kitchen/bath/retail sales arena
20/20 or equivalent CAD design program knowledge & experience is preferred
Experience in the Kitchen & Bath/Builder remodeler industry
Passion for sales, customer service, & design
Ability to handle multiple jobs & projects simultaneously
Superior verbal & written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Previous bath and kitchen sales experience is a plus
Willing to train the right person with similar experience

Responsibilities

Provide customers with all relevant product information, including product specifications, pricing, and availability
Process sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accurately and efficiently
Design & provide project layouts that are both dimensionally correct as well as practical and logical for installation
Increase market share and identify new markets
Manage the assets and resources of the business to increase ROI and profitability
