About The Position

Poulin Design Center, a family-owned home remodeling company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer. The ideal candidate will embody the company culture of innovation and integrity, and contribute to maintaining a reputation for exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency, required.
• 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience.
• Personal tools and 3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications.
• Passion for teamwork and training.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report, background check, and drug screening for illegal substances.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team.
• Abide by current industry practices, processes, and procedures with personal and/or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/or vehicle.
