About The Position
Creative Playrooms is seeking a part-time Kitchen Aide to work with our Cook for 4 hours each day, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children and a passion for providing an exceptional early learning experience. We are looking for individuals with energy, compassion, and a drive to nurture young minds and be a part of the Early Learning Academies (ELA) community.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous professional kitchen experience is required.
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience cooking professionally for children is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Cook in preparing meals for children.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Follow all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding health and safety training and practices.
