About The Position

The Kit Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling, organizing, packaging, and preparing kits for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring kits are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • The Kit Warehouse Associate will maintain the strictest confidentiality on all corporate matters including, but not limited to: marketing strategies, operational structures, pricing and all subjects that may have an adverse effect on the company in the marketplace if they were made known outside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble product kits according to work orders, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Pick, pack, and label materials for kit production and shipment.
  • Verify quantities and inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
  • Prepare completed kits for shipping and coordinate with shipping personnel as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners (forklift certification preferred, if applicable).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties.
  • Meet productivity and quality goals while adhering to deadlines.
