About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures, and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement, and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea, and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. Position Summary: To pull the required electro-mechanical materials & parts from stock for making kits needed for finished goods. To ensure that all materials & parts coming from receiving are put into the assigned stock location. Issue materials when authorized requests are made for kits. 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years related work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach for parts from a ladder
  • Good math skills
  • Computer literate - basic computer skills required
  • Must pay attention to details - working with part numbers/letters and specification sheets
  • An individual that is capable and enjoys functioning in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have high energy and ability to stand and walk most of the work day

Responsibilities

  • Perform stock location transactions on AS400 computer system.
  • Pull parts from stock room shelves and prepare kits for outside shipments.
  • Ensure First-In/First-Out (FIFO) method is used when pulling material.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals.
  • Verify parts & materials received and ensure they are stored in the proper locations.
  • Barcode all packages.
  • Label kits with missing parts indicating missing part numbers and place on designated shelves.
  • Inspect kits for correct parts & materials.
  • Process parts for re-inspection.
  • Pass completed and inspected kits to the next station.
  • Perform inventory counts.
