Requirements

  • Two years kit production work experience
  • One year of shipping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma
  • One year leadership experience
  • One year prior training or background in dealing with external customers
  • IATA certification for handling and shipping DG/HAZ materials.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards.
  • Maintain training files and updated training requirements.
  • Work well with team and good communication skills with staff.
  • Must be able to move heavy material to restock areas and or move product.
  • Knowledge and understanding of high speed equipment.
  • Must adhere to all company training, company policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOP’s as written.
  • Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintains own training file and required documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Alert management of any potential quality issues.
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed.
  • Must be able to stand long periods of time.
  • High volume and high production environment.
  • Repetitive motion via labeling containers and using computer terminal.
  • Work well with peers and good communication skills.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues and alert management as needed when problems arise.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to take up challenges.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to move at a fast pace.
  • Dynamic attitude and ability to work under pressure.
