We’re hiring Seasonal Support Team Members who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so the energy never drops and the experience stays unforgettable. This dynamic, hybrid role combines bar backing, server assisting, and food running—perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments. You’ll support bartenders by keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked, replenishing supplies, prepping garnishes, and ensuring everything is in place for seamless service. At the same time, you’ll assist servers and help run food, playing a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and elevated guest experience. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend and holiday availability is a must for this seasonal role, as that’s when the rooftop is at its busiest. Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
- Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
- Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
- Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
- Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service.
