About The Position

Lane Forest Products is currently looking for a Cashier/Loader Operator in the Wood Recycling yard. Your primary responsibility will be greeting customers at the Kiosk and assessing the quantity of their load to charge accordingly.

Requirements

• High school or GED Diploma
• Be able to lift and pull 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
• Work outside year around

Nice To Haves

• Some basic customer service/cashier experience preferred
• Forklift or Light Loader experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Open yard gates and Kiosk on time each morning.
• Check out loaders and forklift that will be used that day.
• Maintain control of traffic flow and customer dumping area.
• Ensure customers don’t leave unwanted items in the yard.
• Operate Forklift, complete all associated training and reviews as necessary
• Operate Little Tractor, complete all associated training and reviews as necessary
