About The Position

We are seeking a Kiosk Attendant to join our team. The Kiosk Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kiosk. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Maintain a clean and organized kiosk area
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues
