The Kinship Trainer- Floater is responsible for completing home studies on relatives that have been identified as a placement option for youth in foster care. They assess the caregiver’s ability to provide for the youth’s physical, mental, educational and social needs as well as visit the relative placement monthly to provide ongoing support. They also assist with the onboarding and training of new kinship team members. This role has a hybrid work schedule, varying based on in-person workload, with 3-5 days in the office required.
