About The Position

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Residential Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves managing a local territory and engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions. Kinetic offers paid training and tools to help individuals from various backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, or customer service, succeed in this high-paying career. The position includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits.

Requirements

Enjoy building rapport and can handle "no" with a smile.
Self-motivated and want to exceed sales targets.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable personal vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products.
Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for your customers.
Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network.
Use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and our internal software to eliminate channel conflict and maximize your sales.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. Receive $1,000 upon successfully completing your 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service.
