About The Position

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti (NASDAQ: UNIT), is a premier insurgent provider of multi-gigabit fiber internet, whole-home Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services in 1,400 markets across 18 states in across the U.S. This role is for a Residential Outside Sales Representative who will manage a local territory, engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions. The position involves consultative selling, end-to-end service including order processing and billing setup, building a personal brand through referrals and community events, and utilizing provided mobile tools and internal software to maximize sales. Kinetic provides paid training to help individuals from various backgrounds like retail, hospitality, or customer service succeed in this high-paying career.

Requirements

Drive: Self-motivated and want to exceed sales targets.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Outdoor Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products through consultative selling.
Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for customers.
Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network.
Use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and internal software to eliminate channel conflict and maximize sales.
