About the role The Kindness Team Captain creates a unique interaction between our customers, budtenders, and retail partners in support of sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Oversee the daily operations of the Kindness Team, scheduling, leading and demonstrating Kindness Team training, mission and values. Communicating field information to the Field Marketing Manager. Leads budtender education and is a reliable source of information on all things Timeless & its house of brands. Always greeting patients and dispensary staff with a smile and making the member feel comfortable and cared for. Ensuring patient satisfaction and being personable. Always making the patient and dispensary staff feel like their every need has been met and that their experience will be smooth and seamless. Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism. Communicate with all necessary departments easily using company procedures. Must work as a team with everyone and be able to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. Follow the chain of command set in place when questions or issues evolve.
