About The Position

We're seeking a caring, engaging Kindergarten Teacher to join our close-knit team for the upcoming school year. You'll lead a small kindergarten class where curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning are at the center of every day.

Requirements

Warm, energetic, and relationship-driven.
Experienced working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
Knowledgeable about child development and classroom management.
Comfortable learning about and incorporating Jewish traditions into daily classroom life.
Able to meet Georgia licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

CDA or early childhood education credential.
Kindergarten or Pre-K teaching experience.
Experience in a Jewish preschool or faith-based early childhood program is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead a kindergarten classroom using developmentally appropriate practices.
Plan engaging lessons that support literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and school readiness.
Create a positive classroom culture built on kindness, curiosity, and respect.
Communicate regularly with families using Brightwheel.
Collaborate with school leadership and fellow teachers.
Participate in staff meetings and school community events.
Use dedicated planning time to prepare thoughtful lessons and classroom activities.
