Requirements

Four-year degree in education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for nurturing and educating young children
No prior experience required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
