About The Position

Gladstone Area Schools seeks qualified candidates for the position of Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role reports to the Principal and offers a salary commensurate with experience and/or contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field (K-3)
• Valid Michigan Teacher Certification

• Plan and deliver effective, engaging, age appropriate, and rigorous lessons
• Differentiate instruction and learning activities while holding all students to high expectations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a healthy, growth-focused campus culture
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with parents and families
• Maintain records as required by District policy
