About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in the North area of Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license for Kindergarten in the state of Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor each child’s progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills through guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
