Support instruction and student learning by implementing lesson plans, providing accommodations/modifications, collecting data, and working with individuals or small groups under teacher direction. Reinforce routines, behavior expectations, and social-emotional skills to promote student independence and uphold classroom and school-wide systems. Supervise students to ensure safety during all parts of the school day, including transitions, lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal. Collaborate and communicate professionally with lead teachers, school staff, and families to support student success and school goals. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and equity-minded practices that honor student dignity and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Implement IEP accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans or supports Supports young children’s daily care routines (e.g., toileting, hygiene, and transitions) in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate manner that promotes safety and independence All Instructional Support Team Members at Rocky Mountain Prep: Deliver targeted support that accelerates student growth, particularly for those with specialized learning needs or unfinished literacy skills.
