About The Position
Benjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for Kindergarten Instructional Assistants to join our Gilbert Elementary Team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check upon hire

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Benjamin Franklin policies and procedures.
- Supervision and Instructional Assistance to a Teacher in a Kindergarten classroom
- Provide a safe, positive environment for students.
- Remain professional, courteous with coworkers, parents and teachers.
- Be on time and prepared for shift.
- Perform other related duties as required.
