About The Position

AMS Impact Group is building a strong pipeline of exceptional elementary educators for current and future Kindergarten through 2nd Grade teaching opportunities across our Phoenix campuses for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; or
  • Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate; or
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful K–12 teaching experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high academic expectations and student achievement.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Arizona Early Childhood or Elementary Education Certification.
  • Experience teaching Kindergarten, 1st Grade, or 2nd Grade.
  • Experience using data-driven instructional practices.
  • Experience working in a high-performing charter school or similar educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with state standards and network curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of diverse learners.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports student success.
  • Use student data and formative assessments to drive instructional decisions and monitor scholar progress.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues through consistent communication.
  • Implement classroom management practices that promote respect, responsibility, and engagement.
  • Participate in professional development, instructional coaching, grade-level collaboration, and school initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, grades, and required documentation.
  • Support school-wide events, family engagement opportunities, and other duties as assigned.
