About The Position
This position is for a Kinder Bilingual Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at William D. Surratt Elementary. The role is available for the entire 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements
- Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
- At least one year of student teaching or approved internship
- Knowledge of core academic subject assigned
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Copy of College/University transcript with applicable degree posted
- Copy of Texas teaching certificate with required endorsement (Or) Copy of letter of acceptance/eligibility from alternative certification program
- Copy of Content Exam scores
- Copy of driver's license
- Current resume
