About The Position
KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. This role is for our DFW location and seeks talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make a positive impact on their lives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, helping them become smarter and stronger, and collaborating with an amazing team.
Requirements
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certified.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter that just gets a job done.
Nice To Haves
- Athletic or coaching background.
- Experience coaching kids ages 15 months - 8 years old.
- Pediatric OT/PT experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
- Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
- Engage with parents and children in a positive and energetic manner.
- Contribute to the brain, physical, and character development of children.
- Potentially increase scheduled hours through private class coaching.
