About The Position

KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. This role is for a part-time KidStrong Coach at the Doylestown, PA location. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids, making a positive impact on their lives. The coach will focus on implementing the evolving monthly curriculum for children's development and will be comfortable explaining the rationale behind the KidStrong curriculum to parents and guardians.

Requirements

Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
CPR certified.
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Self-starter who just gets a job done.
Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding "the why" behind KidStrong curriculum.

Nice To Haves

Athletic or coaching background.
Experience coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.
Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT.
Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum.

Responsibilities

Coach children on brain, physical, and character development based on an evolving monthly curriculum.
Engage with parents and kids in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
Speak to parents/guardians regarding the "why" behind the KidStrong curriculum.
Coach children in birthday party settings to increase scheduled hours.
