About The Position

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. We want to hear from people who have: Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First! Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
Assist in community events and center initiatives
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center
