This position is responsible for the direct supervision of children and implementing planned activities. The role requires a minimum age of 16 and the ability to work well with children. Understanding of the YMCA's mission and operations is preferred. The role involves creating a nurturing and safe environment, planning and implementing activities, and ensuring the safety and welfare of each child. The position also includes other duties as assigned and requires adherence to key leadership competencies such as Inclusion, Collaboration, Communication and Influence, Critical Thinking, Innovation, and Emotional Maturity.
