About The Position

The Kids Room Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for children utilizing the Club's Kids Room and playground. This position focuses on actively facilitating age-appropriate play, engaging children in activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and consistently enforcing Club rules and safety guidelines. The Kids Room Attendant serves as a positive representative of the Club and is expected to provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to members and their families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage children in various activities.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
• Ability to enforce rules and safety guidelines effectively.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
