About The Position

Responsible for working with students in a childcare program. Supervise, implement and actively engage in daily activities with pre school-age children. This is a 37.5 hours per week position. Shifts of 6 hours or longer include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The program hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the specific shift for this role being 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The contract is for 260-261 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures
• Able to work in a fast paced physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities
• Periods of sitting and standing required
