About The Position
The Little Gym is seeking an energetic and fun-loving Kids' Gymnastics Instructor to make a positive impact on families in the community. This role involves delivering "Serious Fun" with a strong emphasis on health and safety. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, enjoy working with children, and contribute to a positive and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to be a goofball and celebrate children's successes.
- A passion for serving others and making them feel good.
- Ability to connect well with both children and their parents.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to have fun while also being focused and productive.
- Willingness to be trained extensively.
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes using a proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Provide outstanding customer service, treating members like family.
- Maintain a clean and disinfected gym and lobby area.
- Host parties for children in the evenings (approximately 6-10 pm).
