Kids Fitness Coach - My Gym Glastonbury
About The Position
My Gym Glastonbury is seeking a Kids Fitness Coach & Birthday Party Host. This role involves leading kids' fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes for children aged 6 months to 10 years. A significant part of the job also includes hosting and MCing birthday parties and special events, building relationships with families, and representing My Gym at community and mobile programs. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two shifts are the same, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment. Full paid training is provided from day one, and the company is now interviewing with soon start dates available.
Requirements
- Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or martial arts experience
- Theater, performance, or improv experience
- Teaching, childcare, or youth programming experience
- Ability to naturally light up around kids
- Friday + weekend flexibility required
Responsibilities
- Lead kids' fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes (ages 6 months–10 years)
- Host and MC birthday parties and special events
- Build relationships with families
- Represent My Gym at community and mobile programs
