About The Position
KidStrong is a rapidly growing private training center focused on the brain, physical, and character development for children ages walking through 11 years old. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make an impact on their lives. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and taught by professional coaches. This role offers a flexible work schedule depending on center needs.
Requirements
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certified.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter that just gets a job done.
Nice To Haves
- Athletic or coaching background.
- Experience coaching kids ages 15 months - 8 years old.
- Pediatric OT/PT experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
- Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
- Engage with parents and kids in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
- Make children smarter and stronger through our science-based curriculum.
