About The Position
YSS is looking for energetic, caring, and dependable Kids Club Program Assistants to work at Ballard West Elementary School. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for elementary-aged children before school, after school, and on no-school days. Kids Club is a place where children can learn, explore, build friendships, and feel supported. As a Program Assistant, you will help create the experiences that make that possible, playing an important part in helping kids grow in confidence, skills, and connection by leading games, helping with homework, serving snacks, and being a positive role model.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed.

- Experience babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, mentoring, or caring for children.
