About The Position

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging children in structured activities and programs within the childcare room. This role requires maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to company values, and ensuring punctual attendance for scheduled shifts. The attendant will also be responsible for communicating any member complaints or incident reports to management promptly.

Requirements

CPR/AED certification is a must

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at all times
Provide structured activities and programs for children
Communicate member complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to management
Make sure the childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times
Adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values at all times
Punctual attendance for shifts is required
