About The Position
White Columns is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members’ children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and interactive programming.
Requirements
- Previous childcare, camp, or youth program experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities
- Check children in and out according to Club procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s experience or any concerns
- Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently
- Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities
- Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
