About The Position
Kids Club Team Member at TruFit Athletic Clubs. This role involves engaging with and supervising children in a playroom while parents work out, creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children, and consistently following TruFit safety and cleanliness protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
- Energetic, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- CPR certification.
- Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.
- Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.
- Excellent communication with both children and adults is required.
- Have the ability to make children feel secure.
