About The Position

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, organizing structured activities for children, and maintaining a clean and safe childcare environment. This role requires punctual attendance and adherence to Fitness Formula Core Values. The attendant will also be responsible for communicating member complaints and incident reports to management within 24 hours.

Requirements

CPR/AED certification is a must

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at all times
Provide structured activities and programs for children
Communicate member complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to management
Make sure the childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times
Adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values at all times
Punctual attendance for shifts is required
