About The Position
Soccer Stars, a leading children's sports organization, is seeking energetic, fun-loving coaches for its South Orange County team. The role involves leading children in fun, educational soccer activities while maintaining a safe and positive environment. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children, whether they are aspiring educators, former athletes, or positive role models looking to make a difference.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children (coach, teacher, camp counselor, etc.) is preferred.
- A basic understanding of soccer is preferred.
- Must be patient, attentive, and able to keep a group of kids engaged and excited.
- Must have reliable transportation to various South OC locations.

Responsibilities
- Teach and play soccer with small groups of children to develop skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment.
- Provide individual and group attention to ensure every child feels included and successful.
- Arrive on time, energetic, and prepared to follow the age-specific curriculum.
