About The Position

Gold's Gym Tennessee is seeking a Kid's Care team member to provide a safe and fun environment for children while parents/guardians work out. This role involves assisting members with check-in and questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all. Gold's Gym has been responsible for life-changing transformations and fitness achievements since 1965. Our Tennessee franchise, established in 2010, has 16 locations and is growing. Requirements

No degree or certification needed. Training is provided.
Ability to genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Assist members with checking in/questions
Provide a safe and fun environment for kids while parents/guardians workout
Review the day’s assignments with the manager on duty
