About The Position
This role involves assisting members with check-ins and questions, and most importantly, providing a safe and fun environment for children while their parents or guardians work out. The day starts with a meeting with the manager on duty to review assignments. The position includes a 30-minute lunch break and other breaks as needed. There are opportunities to participate in free workouts.
Requirements
- No degree or certification needed. Training is provided.
- Ability to genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others.
