This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, specifically by overseeing the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour.” This includes food preparation, clean-up, maintaining kitchen and lobby cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards, and keeping supplies stocked. The position also involves presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel and area, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
