Kickback Host at Drury Hotels. This role involves ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, particularly during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour.” Responsibilities include food preparation and clean-up for the Kickback, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. The role also requires presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, and answering guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events. The goal is to ensure an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
