No automotive experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know about our award-winning vehicles and sales process. Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional first impression
Learn and become an expert on Kia vehicles, features, safety systems, and technology
Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
Conduct engaging walk-arounds and test drives
Demonstrate vehicle technology, connectivity, and convenience features
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
Maintain communication with customers throughout the purchase process
Follow up after the sale to ensure an outstanding ownership experience
Work closely with managers and teammates to provide a seamless buying experience
