About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Attendant (On-Call) to provide support for Explorer Island, their recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball, basketball, and The Hideout gaming area. The Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. Requirements

Prior related experience of 2 years
Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include, water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more
