About The Position

Sézane is seeking a Keyholder to contribute to its journey. The position is based in Ponce City Market in Atlanta, GA. The role involves ensuring a unique customer experience, orienting customers to both in-store and online solutions, utilizing communication channels to promote products, and transmitting product knowledge and sales techniques to customers and employees. The Keyholder will also provide recommendations to floor managers based on customer needs and team knowledge, offer quality concierge service, and act as a relay for the Floor Manager with a 360-degree field vision to ensure an optimal customer experience. They will be available to all employees, lead and empower teams daily, communicate necessary information, foster cooperation, create group cohesion, and manage the team by motivating them and creating a positive work environment. This includes generating enthusiasm through team animations, morning briefings, and information sharing, as well as training new employees. The Keyholder will embody the role of local manager by sharing employee questions with the Floor Manager. They will also be responsible for maintaining the brand image through team grooming and attitude, ensuring the good maintenance of the store, participating in collection setup and follow-up, and ensuring merchandise is maintained throughout the day. Additionally, they will stay updated on fashion trends and competitive intelligence, plan and organize store activity, master Sézane policies and procedures, apply operational processes including cash management, manage specific processing like returns and exchanges, train employees on cash register use and procedures, and ensure the safety of people and property while fighting shrinkage.

Responsibilities

  • Orient apartment and web solution (omnichannel)
  • Use the different Sezane & October communication channels to develop your crop products
  • Transmit your products, knowledge and sales techniques by demonstrating pedagogy to customers and employees
  • Propose recommendations and constructive proposals to floor managers by offering you on your knowledge, the needs of the customers, your expertise and the knowledge of the team
  • Provide quality concierge service by respecting the relevant procedures
  • Be the Floor Manager relay: Have a 360 field vision to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Be available to all employees through your field presence
