Keyholder- Year Round- Full Time or Part Time
About The Position
Jennifer Miller is a boutique jewelry company with locations on the Upper East Side, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Miami. We are looking for a Keyholder for our East Hampton location for Year Round Employment. They must be flexible to work in Southampton location as the business needs. This person will contribute to the team in the following capacities: Consistently meet or exceed the financial, operational, and visual expectations of Jennifer Miller. Achieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Jennifer Miller aesthetic and company values. Develop a comprehensive level of product knowledge and successfully translating this information to our clients. Generate sales through effective client building and contributing to the growth of the Jennifer Miller client base. Consistently maintain upbeat energy and pace on the sales floor. Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention. Contribute to the operations of running a retail store. Act as the manager on duty when needed. Assist with filling web sales and website customer service support during off peak season. Travel to trunk shows across the US. Assist with trunk show planning, host communication, pulling collections, and sales paperwork as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Retail Experience.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of jewelry and accessories is a plus
- Shopify experience is a plus
