About The Position

Structube is seeking a Keyholder to join their team. This role involves advising customers on furniture and accessories, managing after-sales follow-up, participating in inventory management, ensuring store presentation, and opening/closing the store. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, including at least one year as a Keyholder, and a passion for interior design.

Requirements

• Experience in retail including 1 year of experience as Keyholder
• Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice
• Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design
• Available Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday
• Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg)

Responsibilities

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories
• Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods
• Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean
• Perform other related duties
• Open and close the store
