The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role involves leading by example, using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to model desired behaviors for the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, ultimately achieving all sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also utilize their retail flair and cash handling experience for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
