About The Position

Jay's Wide Shoes is seeking a Keyholder to join their team. This leadership position helps maintain the superior level of customer service and store maintenance that Jay's is known for. Employees work in one of their best-in-class stores, becoming experts in footwear and foot health, and sharing their knowledge with customers and staff to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

Minimum of one year in fashion retail, required.
At least two years of work experience involving cash handling, required.
Available for full day shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Opening and closing duties
Store merchandising
Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
Inventory management
Processing and reporting sales transactions
Assist the manager with employee training and development.
Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.

Benefits

Hourly training rate of $18.00 per hour
Commission based on net sales, with no cap on earnings
